2010 SEDONA CONFERENCE WORKING GROUP ON ELECTRONIC RETENTION AND PRODUCTION ANNUAL MEETING
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (October 7, 2010) The 2010 Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Retention and Production Annual Meeting was held at the Intercontinetal Montelucia Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ. on October 7 and 8. Michael Prounis, CEO and Co-Founder and Tom Svoboda Managing Director of Marketing and Education attended for Evidence Exchange.
The Sedona Conference Working Group Series is a collection of think-tanks consisting of leading jurists, academics, trial lawyers (plaintiff and defense), corporate legal department executives, experts, and consultants brought together by a desire to address various "tipping point" ESI issues. Sedona attempts to "collect" the current thinking of it's members through the presentation of various papers, reports, panel discussion groups, and lively question and answer sessions.
