LAUNCH OF EVIDENCE EXCHANGE’S ON-LINE DOCUMENT REVIEW PRACTICE
NEW YORK, NEW YORK–August 1, 2009–For years, we have been considered the pre-eminent resource for ESI processing. When we asked our clients what more we could possibly do to help de-stress the e-discovery process, they weren’t shy – they said we could provide even greater peace of mind if we would only offer (and stand behind) a world-class hosted review platform.
On July 15, 2009, Evidence Exchange launched it On-line Document Review Services practice, fulfilling the wish of our key clients who wanted us to provide this important service. Until then, having been largely an ESI Processing operation, but took two years to develop our world-class business process and complete service offering. During that time, we were surprised to hear the growing dissatisfaction with many of today’s hosted review solutions on the market. No tool seemed to command market loyalty. After analyzing and testing a dozen competing review tools, we decided to base our offering around Kcura’s Relativity Review Tool along with our own custom workflows and enhancements designed to optimize the Relativity review environment.
As we accumulate project successes and put our workflows to the test, we are proud to rate our On-line Document Review practice on a par with our ESI Processing business. We remain committed to providing the absolute best quality service in the industry. Both new and existing clients have praised the Relativity tool and our new service offering. It has brought us closer to our clients as it better exposes us to their real-life needs and business challenges. We have added experienced practitioners in the Project Management, Workflow Consulting and Training areas and can through Online Document Review Hosting show off our NYC leading Production capabilities.
