Secure Digital Photocopier

Problem:
Protect your clients in the aftermath of the recent 2nd Circuit decision in Residential Funding v. DeGeorge, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Enron /Andersen debacle, etc. Loss of credibility with the Court brought on by sloppy Electronic Discovery & Production practices have cost companies tens of billions of dollars in FY2002 alone.

Solution:
Use our SDP 3.0 state-of-the-art solution to support your E-Discovery & Production strategy and obligations. Our solution starts at $75,500 for a turn-key operation that includes software and methodology (before training & annual maintenance costs are applied). Alternatively, the work can be outsourced to our service bureau for a fraction of the cost of traditional photocopying (i.e., paper) and/or imaging (i.e., TIFF).

In The News:
Michael Prounis was featured in Rachel Dornhelm's National Public Radio broadcast on

NPR

the Dangers of E-Mail In Securities Litigation, as aired on December 24, 2002. See www.evidenceexchange.com - Radio Broadcast.

In 2002, Mike also served as a guest lecturer at Duke Law School and a guest presenter at the Defense Research Institute ("DRI") Annual Electronic Discovery Conference in Chicago.

In 2002, Evidence Exchange also sponsored three BNA / Pike & Fischer Conferences on Electronic Discovery & Electronic Evidence.
Evidence Exchange, as a Patron of the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel was interviewed and contributed four articles to the newspaper and another four articles to the Electronic Discovery & Electronic Evidence

Newsletter, as well as two articles to the DRI & Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel ("FDCC") web sites. All articles and interviews are posted to our web site:

Did you know:
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) expresses certain preference for Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) format. Expressing concern over paper, TIFF and native productions, the FTC Advisory aligns them with the Federal Courts, who have actually mandated the use of PDF in all court filings by 2005.
See
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2002/12/ mergerguides.htm and http://www.ftc.gov/os/2002/12/ bcguidelines021211.htm

Evidence Exchange's preferred format of choice is PDF. It is a canonical format that can be viewed on paper or across computer platforms. It also nicely accommodates our kind of data security. Our branded PDF contains a cryptographic link back to the original source file, in the event you ever need to go back to authenticate the PDF copy or the native file itself. Our branded PDF is custom marked and numbered, fully searchable and its authenticity is always assured, as are its source files.

Evidence Exchange, also has a limited number of complimentary passes available for the upcoming BNA Conferences on Electronic Discovery in New York and Los Angeles.
