History

Since its inception in 1996, Evidence Exchange has been at the forefront of legal document processing. We have developed many of the tools and techniques now accepted as standards in the field. It was founded by Michael Prounis and Myron Eagle, two of the leading electronic data discovery practitioners in the legal services industry. Collectively they offer almost fifty years of industry experience and have worked with such companies as Prounis Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen Co. Since 1982, Michael Prounis and Myron Eagle have worked together managing high profile litigation support services.

Evidence Exchange is a preferred provider to five of the top ten A-list law firms, as ranked by the May 2004 edition of The American Lawyer; we also support a number of practice leaders from a variety of law firms and corporations.

Evidence Exchange is headquartered in New York City at 21 Penn Plaza in Manhattan, and our software development and testing locations are located in Long Island,Virginia, and Westchester.
