SELECTION OF RELATIVITY FOR ONLINE DOCUMENT REVIEW
NEW YORK, NEW YORK–April 1, 2009–The following evaluation matrix was used by Evidence Exchange to select Relativity as its platform for Online Document Review:

- Producing metadata that would be specific for each custodian, such as file path and would be tracked in the master record in the review database
- Identify / update duplicate custodian information as new data is added
- Ability to View Near Duplicates
Redactions
- Exact duplicates are automatically redacted
- Ability to modify redaction stamp language
- When creating a redaction, the redaction box should be translucent on review images
- Single touch to finalize and lock redactions
- When redactions are burned in for production, the redaction box should be a white opaque box with the stamp on it
Ability to highlight text (different colors) for

Notification Pop-ups to Reviewers when
- Responsiveness or confidentiality designation has not been selected prior to moving on to the next document
