Whether we are helping to devise a strategy to more effectively search and filter a large quantity of data; process Instant Messages; or, respond to a government request for "reconstituted" PST / NSF / MSG’s as part of a "native" Email production, we are always working to add premium value to the overall effort and, by doing so, become a trusted and effective extension of your team.
As consultants, we have negotiated on behalf of our clients with governmental entities (i.e., on minimizing electronic discovery & production obligations) and have served as party-appointed "neutrals" in securities litigation. We believe that we are among the most creative problem solvers in this solution space and provide our services both on a fixed unit price and time & materials basis.
At Arthur Andersen & Co. (along with Andersen Consulting a/k/a Accenture), in the mid-1980s, we were the first to perform Litigation Support offshore from the Philippines. Certain projects have taken us overseas to perform collection and processing. Moreover, Evidence Exchange is certified to Safe Harbor effective March 19, 2008. As such, we are members of the Department of Commerce program governing the processing of European data in the United States. Many of our recent matters involve data that has been collected from European sources and this certification recognizes our sensitivity to the data privacy issues involved.
