EVIDENCE EXCHANGE CO-FOUNDER INVITED TO SPEAK AT PRACTICING LAW INSTITUTE ("PLI") MANAGING COMPLEX LITIGATION 2007 ON NOVEMBER 6, 2007 AT PLI NEW YORK CENTER

Myron Eagle, Esq., President of Evidence Exchange has been invited to serve as a Panelist at the November 6, 2007 PLI Seminar on Managing Complex Litigation 2007. Mr. Eagle has over 23 years of experience in this area with most of that time being spent specializing in the area of Electronic Data Discovery.

Evidence Exchange has been at the forefront of legal document processing since its inception in 1996 and has developed many of the tools and techniques now accepted as standards in the field. It is the first company to provide a patented system for securely duplicating documents of disparate types so that there is a cryptographically secure link between the copy and the original. This innovative process is called the Secure Digital Photocopier (SDP) and works by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable, printable PDF and/or TIFF files, while it fingerprints and digitally notarizes them so they are secure through the entire discovery process.
