Evidence Exchange's Secure Digital Photocopier will be on display at the Defense Research Institute's Annual Meeting in Chicago on October 3 - 5, 2001.

The SDP is a significant invention that will revolutionize the computer discovery process. The SDP process solves the problem of authenticating digital evidence at trial by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable and printable PDF files while it digitally notarizes them. The equivalent of DNA is extracted from original files and branded into a PDF rendering of the original file. The branded PDF files can be numbered and re-numbered, marked confidential, and still retain a cryptographic link through the PDF file back to the original file for authentication purposes. The Secure Digital Photocopier will save clients time and money while reducing the risks of mismanaged discovery.
