EVIDENCE EXCHANGE CO-FOUNDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OCTOBER 15-16, 2004 SEDONA CONFERENCE WORKING GROUP ON ELECTRONIC RECORDS MANAGEMENT

Evidence Exchange cofounder, Michael Prounis has once again been invited to participate in the Sedona Conference Working Group On Electronic Records.

The October meeting will be Mr. Prounis’s second year contributing to the working group. Nationally recognized, the Sedona Conference has been praised by industry thought leaders for its pioneering work in the area of electronic discovery. The Sedona Conference’s Production Principles were recently cited in judicial opinions on Electronic Discovery-related issues. This year’s meeting is scheduled for October 15-16, 2004 in Phoenix.

Evidence Exchange has been at the forefront of legal document processing since its inception in 1996 and has developed many of the tools and techniques now accepted as standards in the field. It is the first company to provide a system for securely duplicating documents of disparate types so that there is a cryptographically secure link between the copy and the original. This innovative process is called the Secure Digital Photocopier (SDP) and works by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable, printable PDF and/or TIFF files, while it fingerprints and digitally notarizes them so they are secure through the entire discovery process.
