EVIDENCE EXCHANGE HAS FILED WITH NEW YORK STATE
BAR ASSOCIATION FOR COURSE APPROVAL
NEW YORK, NY (July 10, 2002): Evidence Exchange has filed with the New York State Bar Association for approval of its course "Planning for Problem Cases: The Production of Electronic Evidence." The course is designed to teach companies ways to deal with electronic data discovery requests and other issues concerning electronic evidence.
The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) is the largest statewide voluntary professional association with over 70,000 members. It is composed principally of practicing attorneys, judges, law teachers, and many non-practicing lawyers who are business executives, government officials, court administrators and so forth.
