EVIDENCE EXCHANGE TO PRESENT AT DRI ELECTRONIC DISCOVERY SEMINAR

Evidence Exchange will be presenting the Secure Digital Photocopier (SDP) at the DRI Electronic Discovery Seminar June 13-14, 2002. Michael Prounis, cofounder of Evidence Exchange, will be speaking. The 2001 DRI Electronic Discovery Seminar featured "best practice" discussions about the retention, review, production and use at trial of information stored in electronic format.

DRI is a national and international membership association of lawyers and others concerned with the defense of civil actions. DRI provides professional information to its members through educational seminars, publications and other services. It is also a "meeting place" for exchange of ideas on current issues of importance to defense lawyers, corporations and insurance companies.

The Secure Digital Photocopier is an innovative solution that solves the problem of authenticating digital evidence at trial by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable and printable PDF files while it digitally notarizes them. This process will save clients time and money, reduce the risks of mismanaged discovery and revolutionize the computer discovery process.

Michael Prounis is the cofounder of Evidence Exchange, cofounder of Prounis Consulting Group, Inc. and former Partner In Charge of the Worldwide Legal Information Systems practice at Arthur Andersen & Co., SC. He has been working in this industry since 1977. Since July 1999, he and Myron Eagle have been working full-time on the development of the Secure Digital Photocopier Service. He is considered to be a leading practitioner in Electronic Data Discovery.

Evidence Exchange has been at the forefront of legal document processing since its inception in 1996 and has developed many of the tools and techniques now accepted as standards in the field.
