EVIDENCE EXCHANGE TO EXHIBIT AT NEW YORK LEGAL TECH SHOW

Evidence Exchange will be exhibiting the Secure Digital Photocopier (SDP) at the New York Legal Tech Show February 4-6, 2002. The Legal Tech Show presents conferences and seminars as well the latest technology, products and services available to legal practices.

The Secure Digital Photocopier is an innovative solution that solves the problem of authenticating digital evidence at trial by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable and printable PDF files while it digitally notarizes them. This process will save clients time and money, reduce the risks of mismanaged discovery and revolutionize the computer discovery process.

Evidence Exchange has been at the forefront of legal document processing since its inception in 1996 and has developed many of the tools and techniques now accepted as standards in the field. It is the first company to provide a system for securely duplicating documents of disparate types so that there is a cryptographically secure link between the copy and the original. This innovative process is called the Secure Digital Photocopier (SDP) and works by taking electronic files of any format and converting them to readable, searchable, printable PDF files, while it fingerprints and digitally notarizes them so they are secure through the entire discovery process.
