EVIDENCE EXCHANGE CO-FOUNDER REVIEWS ABA's BEST-SELLING BOOK ON DATA ELECTRONIC DISCOVERY, THE DISCOVERY REVOLUTION: E-DISCOVERY AMENDMENTS TO THE FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

George Paul and Bruce Nearon, the authors of The Discovery Revolution, asked Michael Prounis, the CEO / CoFounder of Evidence Exchange to write a review of their blockbuster book, The Discovery Revolution, for use in connection with the book's advertising appearing on the ABA website. This book focuses on the e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which were approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States on September 20, 2005. The issues addressed by the new rules will significantly impact the way law is practiced and are discussed in detail in the book.
